Registered Representatives
We are currently seeking seasoned individuals with an established investment clientele. Attractive compensation packages available. By being part of a team, our firm offers value-added support to increase personal revenue in multiple disciplines by broadening areas of overall services. Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 securities licenses are required. Series 65, 66 and 24 securities licenses are a plus.

Executive/ Securities Assistant - North Shore Position
This individual will be responsible for supporting the president of Live Oak and will work with clients and vendors to include written and verbal communication and business administration with clients, customer service and software support. A working knowledge of financial / investment-planning terminology is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with strong communication, computer and administrative skills is required. Investment, Annuity & Alternative investment administration experience is a plus. A Series 6 or 7 or a Life and Health License is a plus. Strong organizational and computer skills with Word and Outlook are also required. Database management software experience is a plus. Must be able to type 50 wpm.
Securities Assistant - South Shore Position
This individual will be responsible for assisting in the process of securities transactions at the direction of the representatives including: stock, bond, and mutual fund business in brokerage and fee-based accounts through web-based systems. Responsibilities also include compilation of securities and investment research in the process of assisting investment advisors in portfolio management. A minimum of 3-5 years experience is required as a securities assistance with a securities firm, bank, or wire house. Strong communication skills desired with working knowledge of financial and securities terminology. Strong organizational and computer skills with Word, Outlook and internet securities trading software are also required. A securities license (Series 7) is required.
